This is an staggering fact: 763,000 children still do not have health insurance in California, and more than a million California children do not have regular access to a doctor in 2007.
The findings are found in The 2008 California Report Card: The State of the State's Children from Children's Now. The new 40-page report detailing how California children are faring and informing the agenda for critical children’s health and education policy improvements needed in 2008.
